Cloud Operations Engineer (Remote – Chile)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Chile‑based team remotely. You will be responsible for deploying, automating, and maintaining Azure‑based infrastructure while ensuring high availability and reliability of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure servers, applications, and Azure resources using PowerShell, n8n workflows, and ARM templates.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
• Provide escalation support for complex issues and communicate resolutions clearly.
• Monitor, log, and alert on system performance; optimize costs by right‑sizing resources.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting and improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of Azure fundamentals (compute, storage, networking).
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to communicate under pressure.
