About the role

The school is seeking a bilingual co‑educator for basic education who will plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons while fostering an inclusive, safe learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom that meets diverse learning needs.
• Use varied teaching methods and resources to support different learning styles.
• Assess, record and report student progress regularly.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and their families.
• Maintain classroom routines that promote respect and positive behaviour.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff and school leadership.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, parent‑teacher conferences and school events.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
• Uphold school policies and professional standards.
• Identify and respond to individual needs, including special educational needs.
• Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or licensure for the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience teaching elementary‑aged children (1–3 years or more).
• Experience with diverse student backgrounds and abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant curriculum and educational standards.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
