Community Manager

About the role

Canto Legal Immigration Attorneys is seeking a full‑time Community Manager to lead its digital presence and build an active community around its immigration services. The role is based onsite in Santiago, Dominican Republic, and works closely with marketing and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and basic inquiries, escalating complex legal questions to the legal team.
• Track engagement metrics, produce performance reports, and recommend improvements to the digital communication strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and legal colleagues to ensure messaging aligns with case realities and informational campaigns.

Required profile

• Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and producing clear, empathetic copy.
• Ability to interact with diverse communities, handling sensitive immigration‑related topics professionally.
• Basic understanding of digital analytics (reach, interaction, community growth).
• Education in communication, digital marketing, journalism, or equivalent proven experience.
• High proficiency in Spanish and good comprehension of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, and commitment to vulnerable communities.
