Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that drive revenue and growth across both digital and traditional channels. Working closely with product, merchandising, and sales teams, you will identify new opportunities and ensure brand consistency throughout all initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business‑specific marketing strategies, create sales and product collateral, and maintain brand guidelines.
• Own the local marketing performance dashboard, define KPIs, track results, and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with analytics teams to analyze campaign efficiency using Salesforce reports and translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Support sales representatives with tailored marketing assets, visual merchandising, and event support, introducing new formats such as digital playbooks and video templates.
• Mentor junior marketing team members and share best practices across functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing tactics and market research methods.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Edge).
• Salesforce reporting and analytics.
• Digital channel management: web/e‑commerce, email marketing, paid search, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, SMS.
