Consultant – Strategy & Operations for Restaurant SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant to join Loop’s fast‑growing restaurant intelligence platform. In this post‑sale ownership role you will manage a portfolio of multi‑unit restaurant and franchise accounts, ensuring successful adoption, measurable results and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own a book of accounts from go‑live onward, leading implementation, onboarding and product configuration.
• Transform messy operational and financial data into actionable insights; build business reviews that quantify cost savings and revenue recovery.
• Continuously monitor account health, identify risks early and drive renewal and expansion initiatives in partnership with Customer Success, Sales and Revenue Operations.
• Tri‑age customer escalations, reproduce issues using billing, Salesforce and product data, and coordinate resolutions with engineering.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating recurring pain points into prioritized product feedback.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience at Bain, McKinsey, BCG or a comparable top‑tier strategy consultancy (hard requirement).
• Proven ability to own end‑to‑end customer relationships and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities; comfortable building models and reconciliations in spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
