About the role

The Safety and Health Coordinator will lead the development, implementation, and supervision of occupational safety and health policies and programs within the organization. The role ensures compliance with current legal regulations and promotes a safe, healthy work environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement occupational safety and health policies and programs.
• Supervise compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a safe and healthy workplace culture across all departments.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety initiatives.
• Provide guidance on ergonomics and prevention of occupational diseases.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Certification in Occupational Safety and Health.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in safety and health roles.
• Knowledge of ergonomics and occupational disease prevention.
• Residence in Santiago.
