About the role

The organization is seeking a proactive Coordinator of Safety and Health to lead the development, implementation, and supervision of occupational safety and health programs. This role ensures compliance with current legal regulations and fosters a safe, healthy workplace for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee safety and health policies across the institution.
• Implement occupational health programs and monitor their effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to national safety legislation and internal standards.
• Promote a culture of safety through training, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with management and staff to identify hazards and develop preventive measures.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in occupational safety and health roles.
• Relevant certifications in Safety and Health at Work.
• Residence in Santiago.

Required skills

• Ergonomics knowledge.
• Prevention of occupational diseases.
