Corporate Communications Channels Specialist - Marketing

About the role

The Corporate Communications Channels Specialist supports Signant Health’s global communications strategy by creating, distributing, and analysing internal and external messages. Working closely with functional leaders and the Corporate Communications team, the specialist ensures that all communications align with business priorities and reach the right audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the expert on key communication platforms, including ChangeEngine (external SaaS) and Navigator (internal SharePoint), providing guidance and suggesting improvements.
• Plan, write, edit, and deliver impactful content for both internal and external audiences, adhering to approved channels and schedules.
• Leverage company‑issued AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining accountability for AI‑generated outputs.
• Ensure customer and site communications are accurate, relevant, and delivered on time.
• Maintain and own contact databases, updating information from internal systems to keep the central database current.
• Manage the communications calendar for internal, customer, and site communications.
• Produce regular analytics reports to measure channel performance and communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, with a focus on internal and external messaging.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with functional leaders, subject‑matter experts, and the communications team.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing databases and calendars.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly and ensure quality of AI‑generated content.
• Analytical mindset to generate and interpret performance reports.
