Corporate Finance Analyst

About the role

Evalueserve is seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst to support its global finance advisory team. You will work on a variety of client‑facing projects, preparing high‑quality financial materials and conducting rigorous analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare information memoranda, company profiles, industry overviews, management presentations, deal tombstones, pitchbooks, due‑diligence decks and update financial models.
• Maintain industry databases, newsletters and market updates.
• Collect financial data from FactSet, Capital IQ, Eikon, Bloomberg and other sources.
• Handle ad‑hoc research requests such as competitor benchmarking, target screening, capital‑structure and liquidity analysis.
• Apply valuation methods including Comparable Companies, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Sum‑of‑the‑Parts (SOTP) and Leveraged Buyout (LBO) analyses.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field; MBA, Master’s in Finance or CFA preferred.
• Up to 1 year of experience in investment‑banking advisory or financial research.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and flexibility to meet client schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using FactSet, Capital IQ, Eikon or Bloomberg for data extraction.
• Financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, Comparable Companies, SOTP, LBO).
• Basic functional knowledge of AI tools for research and analysis.
