Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for our clients and employees. Working remotely, you will coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, visas and related services while ensuring compliance with travel regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange and book travel, accommodation, car hire, meals and health insurance according to budget and requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate with relocation firms, agencies or government officials.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong English communication skills.
