Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for our clients and employees. The role is fully remote and requires a strong understanding of travel regulations, visa processes, and cultural nuances across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, car hire and related services in line with budget requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify savings opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa and government travel regulations for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate relocation services, working with agencies or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Proficient English communication skills.
