Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent, handling international travel arrangements for clients and employees. You will work remotely, coordinating flights, accommodations, visas, and related services while ensuring compliance with diverse regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire, and other services according to requirements and budget.
• Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze and manage existing processes, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of travel rules, passport and visa laws, and government regulations across destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution, arrange flights, housing, benefits, and compensation packages, potentially collaborating with relocation firms or government officials.
• Document and update processes, taking ownership and proposing improvements.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.
