Customer Service Representative – Order to Cash

About the role

Clorox is looking for a Customer Service Representative to own and optimise the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process. You will work closely with commercial, supply‑chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate order capture, inventory allocation and on‑time delivery for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full Order‑to‑Cash cycle, including prioritisation and inventory assignment.
• Capture, validate and process orders in SAP.
• Monitor key KPIs such as Fill Rate, CFR, OTD and Concreción, and proactively flag risks.
• Analyse data and produce executive reports to drive logistics and commercial efficiency.
• Identify and implement improvements in order, inventory and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to optimise practices and enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations or Supply‑Chain roles.
• Background in retail or fast‑moving consumer goods (CPG/FMCG) environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial and logistics teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, formulas).
• PowerPoint and Microsoft SharePoint proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience using SAP for order processing.
