Customer Success Agent

About the role

The Customer Success Agent will act as the technical liaison between our clients and the product team, delivering accurate information, troubleshooting assistance, and proactive solutions. This role ensures client satisfaction by addressing complex inquiries, guiding product usage, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely technical information, advice, and assistance on the organization’s products and services.
• Respond to client inquiries, assess needs, and propose appropriate solutions, including alternative offerings.
• Conduct research, develop proposals, and follow up on outstanding issues while adhering to Service Level Agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation using databases and other computerized systems.
• Resolve client issues through the Issue Resolution Methodology, coordinating with internal teams and communicating resolutions.
• Lead client training sessions on specific modules or products as required.
• Develop functional requirements, coding scripts, and macros to support client customizations and system changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in technical support or customer success within the industry.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to work within defined SLA timelines.
• Excellent communication skills to build credibility and maintain client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with databases and computerized documentation systems.
• Ability to write coding scripts and develop macros.
• Experience using issue tracking and ticketing tools.
