Customer Success Specialist – Services

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Specialist in Customer Success to join its Services Customer Success team. The role focuses on helping priority customers in the region maximize the value of Mastercard Network products through proactive engagement and tailored strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to assess solution viability and understand cyber‑threats in the financial and payments sectors.
• Identify optimization opportunities that drive customer value and align with strategic goals.
• Support senior Customer Success Managers and collaborate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers and delivery teams.
• Drive customer engagement, business growth, and technical/program readiness.
• Generate qualified leads for value expansion and provide feedback for product and process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to study customer needs and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience working with B2B customers in the payments or financial services industry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of digital payments ecosystems and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Mastercard Network products and services.
