About the Role

Join a global leader in Intelligent Support-as-a-Service and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be the face of world-class tech companies, ensuring seamless service across multiple communication channels in a dynamic, international environment.

Main Missions

  • Provide premium customer support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Resolve diverse inquiries ranging from account access issues to complex incident management (e.g., facility or neighbor-related complaints).
  • Manage and prioritize the ticket backlog efficiently to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Master client-specific tools and technologies to provide expert assistance.
  • Handle sensitive data with the highest standards of security and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and optimize processes.
  • Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction goals.

Profile Required

  • Native Spanish speaker with advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Hospitality.
  • Proactive, responsible, and highly organized professional with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to solve complex problems independently.
  • Reliable remote setup: Computer with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet (min 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
