Cybersecurity Architect – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a senior Cybersecurity Architect to design and govern enterprise‑level security frameworks that protect digital assets across cloud, application, and identity domains. This remote position offers the chance to influence security strategy for a global, fully distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and govern comprehensive security solutions across cloud, application, and identity domains.
• Develop and maintain enterprise security standards, patterns, and architectural blueprints.
• Conduct advanced threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities and define mitigation strategies.
• Lead integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and secure cloud configurations.
• Provide guidance to engineering teams on secure‑by‑design methodologies.
• Oversee compliance with global security regulations and internal governance frameworks.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Systems Engineering.
• Proven expertise in designing and governing enterprise‑wide security architectures.
• Deep understanding of threat modeling, security architecture patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
