Data Engineer Azure Databricks

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer who will work independently on the Databricks platform, become a subject‑matter expert, and contribute innovative solutions to data challenges. The role offers deep engagement with Azure‑based Databricks, allowing you to grow your technical expertise in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reusable workflows for data ingestion, quality assurance, transformation, and optimization.
• Develop scalable ETL pipelines using industry‑standard tools and deploy them to production with high reliability.
• Migrate legacy warehouse data to cloud‑native architectures following best‑practice cloud design principles.
• Automate data flows to enable seamless consumption by downstream applications.
• Define and implement business processes that support data governance, quality rules, and compliance policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and become a technical expert.

Required skills

• Mastery of the Databricks platform.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals.
