Desarrollador Senior de Integración

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Integration Developer to design, build and maintain robust backend solutions that enable seamless communication between multiple applications, services and platforms. The role is based in Santiago de los Caballeros and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions between diverse systems and applications.
• Create, consume and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Analyze technical requirements and propose scalable, efficient solutions.
• Ensure stability, performance and quality of integrations.
• Participate in development, testing and deployment processes.
• Use Azure DevOps for tracking and managing the development lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve integration‑related incidents.
• Document technical designs and integration implementations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper solution delivery.

• Strong experience in backend development and system integration.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving orientation.
• Result‑driven with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable in dynamic technology environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Java.
• Deep knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Understanding of the Java Virtual Machine (JVM).
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps.
