DevOps Engineer (AWS) – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer specialized in AWS to design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for its global clients. This fully remote position lets you work from anywhere while collaborating with top‑tier engineers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and manage highly available AWS environments using core services such as EC2, EKS, and RDS.
• Develop and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions) to automate code integration and deployment.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure consistent provisioning.
• Optimize containerized workloads and orchestration strategies for performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve monitoring, logging, and incident response.
• Enforce security best practices, including IAM management and infrastructure hardening.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS).
• Strong knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline or GitHub Actions.
• Solid understanding of Docker and container orchestration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
