DevOps Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its fast‑growing, fully remote team serving clients across the United States and Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, designing, building, and maintaining cloud‑native infrastructure that powers innovative software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, integrate and maintain new and legacy applications in cloud environments.
• Design, implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as CircleCI, GitLab or Jenkins.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, Pulumi or AWS CloudFormation.
• Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and related tooling (Helm, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Monitor, secure and scale systems to meet demand.
• Collaborate with high‑growth technology clients to improve operational practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and load‑balancing concepts.
• Strong background in infrastructure‑as‑code and CI/CD automation.
• Hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes orchestration and configuration‑management tools.
• Ability to test, review code and communicate effectively within a distributed team.
