Digital Growth Strategist (Freelance, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Growth Marketing Strategist to help a high‑profile executive expand their digital presence, boost audience engagement and drive measurable growth. The role is fully remote and requires a self‑starter who can combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies across SEO, AI search optimisation (AEO), website conversion, community engagement and performance marketing.
• Analyse traffic, audience behaviour and campaign results to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Optimise website content and user journeys to increase discoverability and conversion rates.
• Support paid marketing initiatives and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Deliver insights, reporting and strategic recommendations directly to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth or digital marketing, SEO, conversion optimisation or audience growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and measure performance.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities with limited supervision and communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
