Digital Marketing Manager – Santiago, Dominican Republic

About the role

The dental center in Santiago de los Caballeros seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to design and execute digital strategies that strengthen brand positioning, attract new patients and foster loyalty. The position is 100% onsite, requiring daily presence in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all social media platforms, planning, publishing content and monitoring engagement.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create audiovisual and graphic content for social networks and other digital channels.
• Plan, launch and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
• Ensure consistent institutional image across all channels.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Monitor patient experience through call‑center and customer‑service interactions, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Coordinate timely responses to patient inquiries, comments and needs.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communication.
• Previous experience in similar digital marketing roles.
• Experience in health or dental brand positioning is a plus.
• Strong commercial writing and knowledge of emerging tech trends.
• Own vehicle and a Category 2 driving license.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Residence in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
