Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join SSINDEX’s sustainability platform to design, launch and optimise digital campaigns that raise awareness of the Stakeholders Sustainability Index solutions. Based in Santiago, the position combines on‑site collaboration with remote work, offering a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor paid and organic digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and social media.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content for SSINDEX’s social platforms and website.
• Interact with online communities, respond to comments and nurture B2B relationships through cold‑email outreach.
• Analyse web traffic, campaign performance and engagement metrics, producing regular reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support lead‑generation initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in digital or online marketing, including campaign planning and optimisation.
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English reading and speaking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
