Digital Media Trainee

About the role

Join Beiersdorf’s Digital & Media team as a Digital Media Trainee. You will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital campaigns across our brands, ensuring that all assets are organized and performance data is ready for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Track and plan digital campaigns, maintaining up‑to‑date trackers.
• Update material grids and ensure all creative assets are correctly filed.
• Coordinate with external media agencies to align on campaign deliverables.
• Consolidate data from digital platforms for reporting purposes.
• Assist in monitoring influencer‑driven campaigns.
• Prepare basic performance reports for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Commercial Engineering, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong passion for digital channels such as social media, Meta, YouTube, and influencer marketing.
• Analytical mindset comfortable working with numbers.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn through a test‑and‑learn approach.
