Digital Sales Executive – Sports Media (Chile)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive to join Better Collective’s Futbol Sites Chile team in Santiago. The role focuses on selling our digital sports media products to advertisers and agencies, with football as the core market. You will combine your passion for sport with a strong sales mindset to drive new business and grow existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the digital sports market, keeping football at the centre of the strategy.
• Build, nurture and maintain long‑term relationships with advertisers, agencies and strategic partners.
• Present and pitch digital media solutions, tailoring proposals to client needs.
• Develop high‑impact sales proposals using presentations and Excel, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor sports market trends and competitive landscape to provide market insight.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of sold digital products.
• Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets set by Futbol Sites.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record in football, digital media or sports industries.
• Deep understanding of the football market and current digital media trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation and deal‑closing abilities.
• Result‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in creating commercial proposals with PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and proposal building.
