Director, Client Delivery

About the role

The Director of Client Delivery will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that all delivery functions—including Operations, Technology, Product, and Accounting—are aligned with client success. This senior leadership position mentors staff, drives teamwork, and leads strategic initiatives on behalf of our airline, cruise, and rail clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and manage a team of Account Managers/Directors to deliver exemplary client performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Product, and Accounting to prioritize and implement client requests.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
• Oversee multiple projects from concept through final implementation, ensuring timely delivery.
• Organize business reviews, savings matrices, new client implementations, and other client‑specific initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members, manage promotions, and identify training opportunities.
• Become proficient in API’s technology platforms to align clients with appropriate software solutions.

Required profile

• Proven management experience leading account‑management or client‑delivery teams.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Track record of mentoring staff and fostering a collaborative culture.
