Director of Learning Strategy (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a visionary leader to steer its academic strategy and scale a proven accelerated‑learning system. The Director of Learning Strategy will translate learning‑science research into actionable curricula, drive execution across multiple school sites, and serve as the public face of the movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that turn learning‑science principles into concrete curriculum, motivation, and application designs.
• Partner with Heads of Academics to assess execution, ensure alignment, and hold teams accountable for outcomes.
• Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and observations to diagnose ecosystem obstacles and propose targeted solutions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback loops, and milestone tracking.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at senior forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and scaling learning systems that deliver measurable student outcomes.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to influence across diverse educational environments.
• Excellent communication skills for public speaking and stakeholder advocacy.
