Director of Learning Strategy (Remote)

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior leader to own and execute its academic strategy worldwide. You will translate learning‑science research into operational systems that enable students to master content in just two hours per day. This remote position offers the chance to shape a high‑impact, evidence‑based education movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that turn learning science into actionable curriculum, motivational design, and application architecture.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery across school sites.
• Analyze data, interview stakeholders, and observe classrooms to produce ecosystem assessments and recommend targeted interventions.
• Establish planning rhythms, feedback mechanisms, and milestone tracking to keep focus on student learning objectives.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at high‑profile forums, delivering keynotes and engaging ministries of education to promote systemic change.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in academic leadership or EdTech, with a proven record of delivering measurable learning outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, set performance benchmarks, and drive execution at scale.
