Director of Solutions Sales – Chile, Uruguay & Paraguay

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Solutions Sales to lead our solutions business across Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay. Based in Santiago, the role will design and execute regional strategies, working closely with product, coverage and control partners to drive growth among financial institutions and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a cohesive regional solutions strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Drive market‑share growth and wallet penetration across financial institution and corporate client franchises.
• Originate, structure and execute high‑impact strategic solution transactions.
• Lead coordinated execution with product structuring teams and product specialists.
• Partner with banking, capital markets, and compliance functions to deliver integrated client‑centric solutions.
• Represent the solutions franchise with clients, regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with governance, risk and control functions including legal, compliance, market risk and credit risk.

Required profile

• Proven track record in driving complex, solution‑led businesses and landmark transactions.
• Deep expertise in markets and solutions products for financial institutions and corporates.
• Ability to lead and influence geographically dispersed, multi‑product teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical rigor to anticipate industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills with credibility at senior levels.
