Dynamics CRM Functional Associate – D365 CE Techno‑Functional Consultant

About the role

The Dynamics CRM Functional Associate will act as a Techno‑Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). You will work closely with clients and delivery teams to design, configure, develop and implement end‑to‑end CRM solutions that align with business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Design scalable D365 CE solutions for Sales, Customer Service and Field Service, including integration patterns and data models.
• Configure and customise Dataverse entities, forms, views, security, business rules, workflows and Power Automate flows.
• Develop technical components such as C# plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript customisations and PCF controls.
• Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, APIs and middleware; manage data migration, mapping and governance.
• Participate in the full delivery lifecycle – design, configuration, development, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Lead UAT coordination, provide end‑user training and produce documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and business teams, acting as a bridge between functional and technical perspectives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of CRM business processes such as Lead‑to‑Cash and Case Management.
• Experience delivering solutions in an Agile or hybrid project environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Dataverse architecture and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• C#/.NET development for plugins.
• JavaScript/TypeScript customisations.
• REST API integration.
