Energy4Talent Trainee Program 2027 – Santiago, Chile

About the role

The Energy4Talent Trainee program is a two‑year rotational development scheme at AES, the global energy leader. Based in Santiago, Chile, trainees rotate every six months across commercial, engineering & construction, and operations functions, gaining hands‑on experience in the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in high‑impact projects that support AES’s sustainable energy goals.
• Complete six‑month rotations in different business areas to build a broad understanding of the company.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
• Lead assigned tasks and contribute to project deliverables under mentorship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree expected to be completed between December 2024 and December 2026.
• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English.
• Motivation to launch a career in the energy sector and willingness to work onsite in Santiago.
