Facilities Management Specialist – Soft Services

About the role

Huawei Technologies is seeking a Facilities Management Specialist to lead soft services across its office environment. The role ensures a safe, efficient and high‑quality workplace by overseeing cleaning, security, reception, mail handling and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all soft‑service operations, including cleaning, security, reception, mail & courier handling, landscaping, pest control and event support.
• Manage outsourced vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts, SLAs and KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews and audits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on workplace services, monitor satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Direct the facility helpdesk, manage ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
• Ensure all soft services meet health, safety and environmental standards, identify risks and coordinate preventive actions.
• Control the soft‑services budget, track expenses, analyze variances and implement cost‑optimization measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in facility management with a focus on soft services.
• Proven track record of managing outsourced vendors and service contracts (cleaning, security, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SLA/KPI monitoring and contract compliance.
