About the role

Join Roche Diagnostics Chile as a Finance Analyst in the Commercial Finance team, partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive strategic commercial decisions, optimise profitability and support sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build pricing models and profitability strategies in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Provide strategic advice on resource allocation and evaluate financial implications of business initiatives.
• Identify and execute P&L improvement initiatives, including upselling, efficiency gains and risk mitigation.
• Monitor customer contract performance throughout its lifecycle with a profitability focus.
• Drive business process optimisation by identifying automation opportunities and leveraging digital/AI tools.
• Maintain accurate pricing and contract master data in SAP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, Pricing Specialist or FP&A professional.
• Strong business acumen with proven ability to link financial data to commercial performance.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial numbers into actionable insights.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous‑learning mindset.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and advanced fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP or financial automation tools.
