About the role

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage, and assess candidates for roles in FinTech, SaaS, Pharma, AI, Engineering, Product, Operations and other sectors.
• Build and nurture your own talent network and personal brand.
• Collaborate with client companies to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Utilize Workfully’s all‑in‑one platform to track pipelines and monetize your recruiter business.

Required profile

• Ambitious recruiters who already run a desk or are ready to transition to independent recruiting.
• Desire for autonomy, flexibility, and access to international opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
