Front Desk Supervisor – Hospitality

About the role

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Front Desk Supervisor to join its front office team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a team of front desk agents, and ensuring smooth daily operations at a world‑class property.

Key responsibilities

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience and provide engaging, sincere service.
• Check guests in, manage credit authorizations, note special requests, and ensure accurate guest information.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and “WOW” them through effective recovery.
• Supervise daily shift processes, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Conduct pre‑assignment of rooms, handling VIPs, repeat guests, packages, and special requests.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to communicate daily needs.
• Train, coach, and counsel front desk team members to maintain quality operations.
• Maintain the Sundries shop inventory and place orders as needed.
• Train new Front Desk Agents on exceptional customer service standards.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs and interact professionally with other departments.

Required profile

• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Strong desire to make a positive impact on guests and colleagues.
• Outgoing, engaging personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
