Full-Stack Android Kotlin Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Join a high‑trust, fully remote team at BairesDev to build AI‑native Android products. You will own the end‑to‑end development of new features, turning concise product ideas into shipped applications while collaborating with top‑tier talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with full product ownership.
• Implement multi‑agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or other open‑source agent frameworks.
• Work autonomously from concept (1‑pager or PRD) through production without hand‑holding.
• Contribute to web or backend components as needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.
• Drive several net‑new product initiatives simultaneously in a highly autonomous environment.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑native multi‑agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar).
• Senior product‑engineering mindset: self‑directed, comfortable working from brief specifications.
• Ability to work across full‑stack layers and quickly understand new codebases.
• Advanced English communication skills.
