Job description

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deploy modern cloud applications end‑to‑end. The position is fully remote but requires the candidate to be based in Chile and have sufficient English (B1+) for technical collaboration.

Key responsibilities

Develop responsive front‑end applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript and modern web standards.
Build and maintain Python back‑end services and REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Storage and Azure SQL.
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
Integrate AI capabilities such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs or Claude into enterprise solutions.
Monitor performance, optimise cloud costs and contribute to architecture reviews.
Collaborate with product owners, solution architects and senior engineers.

Required profile

Mid‑level experience with full‑stack development.
Ability to learn quickly and openly acknowledge knowledge gaps.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Based in Chile with sufficient written and spoken English for technical communication.

Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL)
Docker basics
Azure Container Apps, Key Vault, Azure SQL (nice to have)
OAuth, JWT authentication flows (nice to have)
Microservices architecture (nice to have)
AI integrations: Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Claude, MCP (nice to have)
Microsoft ecosystem: Graph, 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot Studio (nice to have)
Cloud networking and security concepts (Virtual Networks, Subnets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, VPN, ExpressRoute, etc.) (nice to have)
