Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid)

About the role

XeXe is rebuilding the platform layer behind cross‑border payments for corporate and consumer clients. As a mid‑level full‑stack engineer you will own real problems end‑to‑end, from API design and frontend experience to backend services, production reliability and launch.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship features that move money and manage multi‑currency balances across onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement and supporting services.
• Develop customer‑facing features from UI to the underlying services.
• Own services in production, ensuring reliability, observability, on‑call duties and incident response.
• Partner with product, design and compliance teams from problem framing through launch.
• Use agentic coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) daily for prototyping, refactoring, testing and documentation.
• Help modernize the platform by migrating legacy components to the new stack alongside architects and team leads.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience building production web applications end‑to‑end.
• Strong frontend proficiency with Vue.js, React or equivalent.
• Strong backend proficiency in C#/.NET (other OOP languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go are welcome).
• Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools across the software development lifecycle.
• Production experience on AWS, including services like SQS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS and Lambda.
• Solid computer‑science fundamentals and pragmatic system design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
