Fund Raising Officer – Donor Acquisition

About the role

UNICEF Chile is seeking a Fund Raising Officer focused on donor acquisition to strengthen its individual giving program. The role will design, coordinate and optimise campaigns that attract new pledge donors across multiple channels, supporting UNICEF’s mission to improve the lives of children and adolescents in Chile.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the annual donor acquisition workplan, including channel selection, budget tracking and revenue forecasts.
• Coordinate acquisition campaigns across face‑to‑face, telemarketing, DRTV, corporate pathways, digital lead conversion and emerging channels.
• Collaborate with Individual Giving, Digital, Retention, Communications, Operations and external vendors to ensure timely, compliant execution and reporting.
• Analyse campaign performance, provide recommendations, and support testing and innovation to improve cost‑efficiency and donor quality.
• Contribute to a diversified acquisition pipeline that meets income, donor volume and quality targets.

Required profile

• Experience in fundraising, donor acquisition or related nonprofit marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with cross‑functional and external teams.
• Commitment to UNICEF’s mission and child rights advocacy.
