About the role
BairesDev is seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer to design and build the technical backbone of its modern marketing engine. Working remotely, you will create infrastructure that captures leads today while shaping AI‑driven, personalized systems for future growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the technical infrastructure that powers inbound lead capture and qualification.
- Build de‑anonymization tools to identify anonymous website visitors and surface prospects.
- Create personalized outbound pipelines targeting hard‑to‑reach SMB markets.
- Collaborate closely with growth, marketing operations, and engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
Required profile
- Background that blends engineering/coding expertise with business and marketing fundamentals.
- Strong interest or experience applying Generative AI to growth‑marketing tooling.
- Comfort delivering technical solutions within a marketing context.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and implementation.
