Growth & Acquisition Marketing Manager

About the role

The Growth & Acquisition Marketing Manager will own the customer acquisition strategy for a fast‑growing DTC wellness brand. Reporting to senior leadership, you will coordinate paid media, creative testing and budget planning to drive new‑customer growth across the full funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition plans across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, affiliate, influencer and retail media channels.
• Manage the paid‑media agency, set performance targets, review media plans and ensure high‑quality reporting.
• Plan, forecast and allocate the paid‑media budget, monitoring CAC, MER, ROAS and other key metrics.
• Design and oversee creative testing roadmaps, translating customer insights into actionable creative briefs.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports and turn data into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle & Retention, e‑commerce, Creative, Brand and Sales teams to keep acquisition aligned with overall business goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in growth, acquisition, performance or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing paid‑media campaigns that deliver measurable DTC revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize spend.
• Commercially oriented, comfortable challenging agency recommendations and making data‑driven decisions.
