Growth Analyst – Product & Funnel Analytics (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Analyst with strong expertise in product and funnel analytics to support a leading online community platform. You will own key growth metrics, build reporting frameworks, and provide data‑driven recommendations that shape product strategy and user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth reporting, KPI tracking, and performance measurement across acquisition and activation funnels.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, pacing models, and executive‑level reporting.
• Analyze user acquisition, activation, conversion, and channel performance trends.
• Define and maintain key funnel metrics and measurement frameworks in partnership with Data Science teams.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify root causes behind performance changes and growth opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support product and growth strategy.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and metric consistency across systems.
• Support leadership with forecasting, business reviews, and ad‑hoc strategic analyses.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience analyzing conversion funnels, user journeys, and growth KPIs.
• Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Strong understanding of performance measurement, reporting, and business metrics.
• Experience applying statistical techniques to analyze trends and business performance.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate analytical insights to both technical and business stakeholders.
