About the role

We are seeking a Head of Creative Strategy to lead the creative engine behind large‑scale paid media performance for multiple high‑growth consumer brands in Chile. This senior leadership position sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative systems, and creator‑driven growth, translating data‑driven insights into compelling, revenue‑generating creative output.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own the overall creative strategy and performance standards across a diverse portfolio of consumer brands.
  • Build, refine, and operationalize creative frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs based on platform insights from Meta, TikTok, and other paid‑social channels.
  • Lead and develop a team of performance creative strategists, enhancing their ability to diagnose issues and produce high‑converting concepts.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end creative production process with editing and production leads to ensure speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Partner with creator and talent teams to align briefing, production, and paid‑media execution for maximum impact.
  • Own creative onboarding for new clients, delivering early performance wins within the first 30 days.
  • Act as the senior creative authority in client conversations, presenting insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously analyze performance trends to identify optimization, innovation, and scaling opportunities.

Required profile

  • 7+ years of experience in performance creative, preferably within a fast‑paced marketing or performance‑driven agency.
  • Proven track record of measurable business outcomes such as higher conversion rates, lower CPA, or revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in direct‑response marketing and paid‑social creative performance, especially on Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong leadership ability to mentor and scale high‑performing creative teams.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data‑to‑action mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
