Head of Fraud Protection – LATAM

About the role

Group-IB is seeking a Head of Fraud Protection for the LATAM region to own and expand its fraud solution suite across banking, insurance, government and large corporate customers. The role combines strategic market planning, sales enablement and end‑to‑end delivery to ensure the fraud offerings generate measurable value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for fraud solutions in LATAM.
• Translate market needs into product roadmap features and ensure alignment with regional requirements.
• Support the sales organisation to meet ARR targets, train commercial teams and lead strategic pitches.
• Drive proof‑of‑concepts, capture case studies and evangelise the product at industry events.
• Oversee proposal reviews, statements of work and delivery priorities to maximise customer value.
• Collaborate with analytics, R&D, alliances and partners to continuously improve the proposition and secure renewals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading fraud or cyber‑security solutions in LATAM.
• Strong understanding of banking, insurance, government and large‑enterprise markets.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product, delivery and partner teams.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions and influence stakeholders.
