Head of Growth (Fintech & Travel Platform)

About the role

Aloha is building AI‑driven booking and cross‑border payment rails for the global travel economy. As the first Head of Growth, you will own the end‑to‑end growth engine across payments and operations software for Latin America and eventually the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the full funnel metrics (CAC, conversion rates, qualified pipeline) for both business lines.
• Allocate budget and design channel strategies for payments and SaaS products, including launch motions for new releases.
• Audit and decide on the paid‑media agency partnership within the first 60 days.
• Run rapid channel experiments (paid, SEO, outbound‑assist, partnerships, events) with a test‑and‑kill cadence.
• Provide weekly funnel health reports to the founders.
• Build and scale a growth team as results justify hiring.

Required profile

• 6+ years of growth or performance‑marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech or payments.
• Proven track record leading a team, agency relationship, or growth function with measurable results.
• Hands‑on experience running paid campaigns and auditing agencies.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple business lines and markets with limited resources.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bonus: experience selling to US SMBs or in travel/hospitality.
