Head of Product – Core Platform

About the role

Yuno is looking for a Head of Product to lead its Core Platform and Public API. This senior product role is fully remote, serving teams across the Americas and Europe, and focuses on expanding use‑cases, simplifying integrations, and driving adoption of the payment orchestrator.

Key responsibilities

• Define a clear product strategy and north‑star vision for the Core Platform and Public API.
• Understand internal and external stakeholder needs to identify development opportunities.
• Own the roadmap from discovery through launch, aligning with business priorities.
• Partner with Engineering to scope, plan, and ship improvements and new capabilities.
• Create detailed definitions for new features and initiatives.
• Prioritise engineering work to maximise impact.
• Co‑own developer‑facing documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger, SDKs, guides, changelog).
• Serve as the product point of contact for Leadership, Compliance, Sales/AM, and Marketing.
• Maintain high‑pace delivery while ensuring quality.
• Communicate decisions, rationale, and timelines clearly across functions.
• Improve developer experience and time‑to‑integrate through better guides, sample apps, and self‑serve workflows.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of product management experience with a proven record of delivering results alongside engineering teams.
• Deep technical knowledge of payments and API design/management (PCI, 3DS, idempotency, retries, routing, versioning, authentication, rate limiting).
• Ability to build trust and alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, leadership, and enterprise customers.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling tight timelines and shifting priorities.
