About the role
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Growth Markets, the Head of Sales (ex Brazil) & Relationship Management LATAM will deliver a unified State Street experience to our most important institutional clients across Latin America. The role combines strategic sales leadership with relationship management, overseeing a global virtual team to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and penetrate new prospect organisations, build senior‑level relationships and generate growth opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, client meetings, qualification and RFP completion.
- Build and accelerate a pipeline of new clients, manage the sales cycle and achieve revenue targets.
- Engage client C‑suite regularly to understand their strategy and align State Street’s offerings.
- Develop and communicate a joint strategic agenda that maximises client value.
- Own the client relationship as a P&L business, overseeing service delivery, operational effectiveness and product optimisation.
- Coordinate change‑management requests, conduct business analysis, costings and prioritisation.
- Create and execute client account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven senior sales leadership experience within institutional finance or asset‑management services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage global, virtual teams and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strong track record of building C‑suite relationships and delivering revenue growth.
- Experience managing client P&L and developing strategic account plans.
