Head OTC LAM – Order To Cash

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Order To Cash (OTC) for the Latin America (LAM) zone. This senior manager will lead the end‑to‑end OTC process across multiple countries, ensuring revenue, cash flow and productivity targets are met while driving digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete OTC process for the LAM zone, overseeing order entry, invoicing, cash collection and revenue recognition.
• Ensure operational and customer excellence, meeting global OTC KPIs and zone‑specific targets.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to harmonise, standardise and digitise the OTC process according to the “OTC@Healthineers” framework.
• Collaborate with zone sales, service, Offer to Order, and business line organisations to align processes and data.
• Develop and coach team members, building talent for future challenges.

Required skills

• Extensive experience (10+ years) managing OTC or similar financial operations.
• Deep knowledge of revenue recognition, IFRS standards and financial forecasting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP, and digital productivity tools.
• Expertise in backlog transparency, forecast accuracy and cash‑flow optimisation.
