Hiring Journey Associate – Remote

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Associate at BairesDev, you will be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. Working remotely, you will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to move candidates forward in the pipeline and support the company’s talent acquisition goals.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates and maintaining engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, interview evaluations and other applicant information.
• Assist in assessing candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests and assessments, and prepare candidates for client interviews.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback to the staffing team to inform hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidate records.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
